The 2018 Hoosier Racing Tire SCCA ® Super Tour wrapped up its 10-event calendar this year at Watkins Glen International in New York. SCCA® conducted its first road race at Watkins Glen in 1948 with a course that went through the town and Gorge Park. The circuit itself was expanded in 1971 and has hosted well-known series such as Can-Am, Trans-Am, Formula 5000, Formula One, IndyCar and NASCAR over the years. The premier U.S. amateur road racing series, Hoosier Racing Tire SCCA Super Tour is comprised of an exciting, 10-weekend schedule that brings together top SCCA competitors from throughout the country. Visiting some of the greatest tracks in North America, each weekend consists of two races for each of 28 car classes.
