Tentative 2027 Hoosier SCCA Super Tour Schedule Announced

While all eyes are on the Sept. 28-Oct. 4, 2026, Mission Foods SCCA® National Championship Runoffs® right now, the planning for the 2027 Hoosier Racing Tire SCCA Super Tour season is also full throttle.

Part of the Summit Racing Equipment SCCA Road Racing Program, the tentative 2027 Super Tour schedule offers a direct path to the Runoffs through events at a variety of racetracks across the country, many of which SCCA racers are familiar with.

“We’re excited to continue bringing the 2027 Hoosier SCCA Super Tour to many of the same tracks as we did this year,” said Sydney Davis Yagel, SCCA’s Senior Manager of Road Racing. “The return of Sebring and the opportunity to work with Central Florida Region again is one I’m looking forward to.”

The Sebring International Raceway event was absent from the 2026 schedule but returns to kick off the Hoosier Super Tour season on Jan. 8-10, 2027. The 3.741-mile, 17-turn course is a competitor favorite and one of the oldest continuously operating racetracks in the U.S.

Buttonwillow Raceway Park will be the first West Coast event of the year, taking place Feb. 20-21. Events at Buttonwillow are always a driver favorite, much in part to Cal Club Region’s organization of the event.

With the home of the Runoffs moving to Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta in 2027 and 2028, the Atlanta Region-hosted Hoosier Super Tour event on March 5-7 will be a must-attend.

The series continues on the East Coast with a visit to VIRginia International Raceway on April 3-4, before heading to Oklahoma for a stop at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit on April 24-25. May and June will feature back-to-back weekends at Portland International Raceway and Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and the Chicago Region June Sprints® at Road America and Watkins Glen International, respectively.

After a smashing debut in 2026, the Hoosier Super Tour will return for a season finale at Barber Motorsports Park, located just outside of Birmingham, AL, on Aug. 28-30.

“Tennessee Valley and Alabama Regions did a fantastic job hosting their first Hoosier Super Tour last year, and we can’t wait to finish out the season there again in 2027,” said Yagel. “With Fridays not available due to a long-standing track partnership, the 2027 event will feature a unique three-day schedule from Saturday through Monday.”

There’s a possibility for an 11th Hoosier Super Tour event, but details are still being ironed out.

“This time of year, we typically focus on finishing our current season,” said Yagel, adding, “however, we know how important it is to get dates out to drivers and volunteers to plan for the upcoming year. We’re excited to get most of these dates out in plenty of time for scheduling time off and working around family and school schedules.”
