Runoffs rookie, Joseph Cooley, started his first Runoffs fast, completing his registration within two minutes of the service opening. Cooley, from Durham, North Carolina, has competed in the Southeast Majors Conference this year to qualify his 2006 Mazda MX-5 Miata for the Runoffs in Daytona Beach, Florida.
In the first hour, 201 drivers were registered for the 2015 SCCA Runoffs, and at the close of business of the first day, 310 drivers and 140 workers had completed their registrations.
