- Jessica Toney, RRB Chair, will briefly discuss the procedure for submitting rule change proposals as well as some that have already been submitted. All proposals are due by July 31, 2025!
- Larry Scholnick will be discussing a simplified method for calculating Richta True Times for roadrally events.
