Yes. Any Regular Member can be nominated by 20 Regular Members from their own Area; nominations are due to the Club office by October 1 of the year before the term begins. The nominee must meet these requirements according to National Office records on October 1:

• Be a member of good standing.
• Region of Record must be within the Area for which they are being nominated.
• Principal place of residence must be within the Area for which they are being nominated.
• Be electronically enabled (regular access to email and internet) with the capability of receiving large electronic files.
• Have been appointed/elected at some time, to a position of responsibility (Regional, Divisional, National) within the Club.
