Zach won both rounds of the 2022 Hoosier Racing Tire SCCA Super Tour at Circuit of the Americas, so he makes for a fantastic guest to discuss what it takes to get around COTA as the circuit hosts the 2023 Hoosier Super Tour during the Feb. 10-12, 2023, weekend. Zach lives in Austin, Texas, so he also offers a few suggestions about what local joints serve up the best barbecue.
