Your work at the national office directly empowers thousands of volunteer race officials, corner workers, tech inspectors, timing and scoring crews, and regional organizers who dedicate their weekends to the sport they love. You’ll create the systems, tools, resources, and support structure that help these volunteers deliver world-class racing experiences at the grassroots level.
