Bylaws amendments can be proposed by the Board or by petition of at least 3% of Regular Members, and require a two-thirds vote of members balloting to pass. The Operations Manual, the Club’s day-to-day operating guide, is reviewed and updated at least every three years and can only be changed by approval of the BoD.
