Paul is the Owner and Principal Engineer of Blaylock, LLC. He enjoys the diverse challenges that custom engineering presents, and finds that it demands high levels of energy and creativity. 

Paul grew up in Cincinnati, OH, before moving to Indiana where he attended college at the University of Evansville. Upon graduation, Paul became a Project Engineer and Network Administrator for E.R.I. in Newburgh, IN while he worked toward his Indiana state certification. Shortly after joining Ciholas, Inc. in 2000, Paul completed his P.E. and advanced to the position of Master Electrical Engineer, where he worked until 2019. 

Since 2014, Paul has served as Activities Chair for SIR SCCA, and is a past Section Chair for IEEE Evansville-Owensboro. Paul is also an avid musician, bridge player and home brewer.

Since 1995, Paul and his wife have enjoyed singing with the RSCM choir of First Presbyterian Church, and can often be found working on their 1884 home in downtown Evansville.  They are also finishing work on a “home away from home, next door” that will house Paul’s 1971 Fiat 850 coupe, racecar memories, and mother-in-law.
