2020 Hoosier Racing Tire SCCA® Super Tour Begins! – For the fourth year in a row, the Hoosier Racing Tire SCCA Super Tour starts its season in January at legendary Sebring International Raceway in Florida. The premier U.S. amateur road racing series, Hoosier SCCA Super Tour consists of a thrilling, 10-weekend schedule bringing together top SCCA competitors from around the country. Making stops at some of the best tracks in North America, each weekend consists of two races for each of 28 car classes. From GT cars to production vehicles, formula cars to prototypes, the Hoosier Super Tour bundles a heap of action into every weekend. Can’t Wait to Race -- Year after year, the opening Hoosier Super Tour event in January at Sebring International Raceway draws competitors from throughout the United States, and even some from Canada. This year is no different as more than 330 entries are expected at the event hosted by SCCA’s Central Florida Region. Among the entries are numerous SCCA National Championship Runoffs® winners, so expect some great battles both Saturday and Sunday.

What to Watch -- During Hoosier Super Tour races, fantastic battles can emerge at any time in any car class. But as usual, spectators will absolutely want to keep an eye on Spec Miata and Spec Racer Ford Gen3 as both classes are hovering right around 60 entries a piece. Certainly keep watch on the GT-1 and GT-2 fields, too, as well as Formula F, Touring 1, Touring 2, Touring 3, Touring 4 and Super Touring® Lite. Each of those classes are well represented with right around a dozen or more competitors ready to fight it out for wins over the weekend.

Free Entry – Spectators wishing to watch great racing are welcomed at the Sebring Hoosier Super Tour, and entry is FREE! With temperatures expected in the low 80s throughout the weekend, it’s a great opportunity to enjoy some Sports Car Club of America® action in person while many throughout the country huddle inside avoiding the cold and snow.

Sunday: 14-lap or 35-min. morning and afternoon races
