Solo Nationals Banquet News

The Lancaster Event Center is proud to offer full in-house catering and high-quality bar services for its banquets.  The venue is in the process of re-launching with over $5 million in remodeling completed over the last five years. LEC’s new Food & Beverage Manager, Lois Hartzell, has worked with SCCA event staff this year to look at past SCCA attendee feedback to create three brand new menus for this year’s banquets. Each banquet will feature a special menu, theme & decorations to make each night a unique experience, and will offer numerous options for different tastes and dietary needs -- such as gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian.

Sunday night's ProSolo Banquet will be on Old Time Bar-B-Que catered by Austin Blue’s BBQ, a local favorite at many LEC events with beef, chicken and vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free options.  Wednesday night is the largest banquet and will be a New Orleans-style Mardi Gras dinner headlined with home-style Jambalaya and Creamy Cajun Chicken Linguine and traditional sides.  Many dairy-free, gluten-free and vegetarian options that night. The closing banquet on Friday will be a Mexican Fiesta with numerous build-your-own bars around the room for tacos, burritos, bowls, salads & nachos.

To celebrate the new menu and encourage everyone to get in the festive spirit of each banquet theme, LEC will be sponsoring prizes the first night for “Top Spirit Award”, “Best Dressed to the Theme Award” and “People’s Choice Award” which will be three $50 LEC bar certificates given to spend that week.  So, pack with these banquet themes in mind and come prepared to have fun each night!
