2017 Tire Rack Packwood ProSolo: Tune-In

Entry List

The weather was beautiful and the competition fierce at the SCCA Tire Rack Packwood Championship Tour. Now it's time to get ready for another weekend of racing. It's Christmas in July and the tree will be up! This time with the SCCA Tire Rack Packwood ProSolo.

E Street will again be a popular class with 12 entries this weekend. Tony Rodriguez took the win at the tour in his MR2, and we'll see if he can continue the winning streak with his competition coming back for more. Jack Yeung will be back and giving Tony a run for his money in his '99 Miata.

In B Street, Dan Bullis will have to pedal hard in his Corvette to defend last weekend's tour win, as he'll be sharing the class with Doug Mikko, last week's ASP winner, this time driving that Focus RS. Don't count out Ryan Clark in the Cayman S, or any of the other drivers in this 10-driver class.

In Street Touring Sport, last week's Championship Tour winner, Eric Stoltz will be continuing his mission to show everyone how great Miatas can be, but Kinch Reindl will be here in his Civic, while local ProSolo experts, Shane Jensen and Brent Glad, will be piloting Glad's CRX to defend their home turf.

Street Touring Xtreme and Street Touring Roadster will both be worth watching, as Steve O'Blenes will be defending last week's dramatic, (and narrow) win against a determined Annie Gill in STX while Kevin Dietz and the Sʰᵃʳᵏⁿᵃᵈᵒ2000 will be striking back against Ron Bauer in STR.

Race Tire 2 has 13 entrants with some seriously quick cars and drivers, watch out for FP Evo drivers Zachary Morgan and Josh McCall as they try for a one-two ProSolo finish against the likes of Jim Daniels and ten other determined drivers.
