In times of great stress or adversity, it's always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive. Learn to know every person under you, get under their skin, and know their faults. Then cater to them with kindness or roughness as their case may demand. Remember that opposition is a natural part of life. Just as we develop our physical muscles through overcoming opposition, such as lifting weights, we develop our character muscles by overcoming challenges and adversity.

I've loved auto racing from an early age but haven't been able to pursue this until 2 years ago.  I moved to Japan in 2011 just after the Tsunami and fell in love with my car (1989 R32 Skyline GTR).  I've worked on it slowly with the help of some friends. Still learning the craft but willing to put forth my best effort to be the best I can in it.
