About me:

NASA Comp License: 131382

My track/driving/racing experience: I have hundreds of race laps, at Laguna Seca, Sears Pt, and Thunderhill, in multi-class racing, many podiums, a few overall wins, and all without any incident of contact with another competitor, or wall (knocking on wood).

Here’s a rough breakdown of my 30+ open-track/race events (60+ days), as follows…

  • (20+ days at Sears Pt.): Open [race] testing, HPDE-1-4, TT, and Race with NASA, 24 hours of LeMons races (x10), Lucky Dog Racing League races (x2), ChampCar endurance race, and Group A/R with CFRA (x4).
  • (20+ days at T-Hill, 3 mile, 2 mile, and two 5 mile configs): a SCCA High Performance Driving School, Open [race] test day (SCCA), HPDE-2, 3 & 4 (NASA), and Open group (NCRC), plus 24 hours of LeMons races (x6), and Lucky Dog Racing League race.
  • (10+ days at Laguna): Group B (CFRA), Group M (TMR), and Group A (CFRA) ChampCar race (winners 2012), and Lucky Dog Racing League double-race winners (2019).
  • 1 day at Big Willow, with Griggs Racing, for a reunion event.
  • Prior to the open-track/race events I participated in auto-cross events with the small clubs in and around the Bay Area, along with numerous indoor karting days.

I have driven/raced with the following organizations…

  • NASA (comp license - 131382),
  • SCCA (track days),
  • Track Masters Racing (TMR),
  • Checkered Flag Racing Association (CFRA),
  • Northern California Racing Club (NCRC),
  • ChampCar Endurance series,
  • [24 hours of] LeMons,
  • Lucky Dog Racing League (LDRL), plus several Private track events.
