Building on that motorsport heritage, Öhlins is expanding its automotive offerings with the new Club Race Damper program, a purpose-built solution for dedicated track cars and serious competitors.

Unlike traditional off-the-shelf coilover kits, the Club Race Damper Set allows spring selection to be optimized for each application. Through Öhlins' network of performance suspension partners, customers can work with experienced professionals to determine the spring package and overall setup best suited to their car and driving goals. This approach delivers the flexibility of a custom suspension system while providing the confidence and support of a knowledgeable dealer network.
The new damper set utilizes Öhlins’ DFV technology and is tuned for higher track-oriented spring rates than Öhlins Road & Track systems, offering expanded capability for maximizing grip, vehicle balance, and driver confidence on the track. Despite its motorsport focus, Club Race Damper Sets retain Öhlins' straightforward single-adjuster design, allowing effective tuning without the complexity of a multi-adjustable TTX solid piston racing damper.
Additional features include 20-position damping adjustment, monotube construction, inverted struts on applicable platforms, aluminum shock bodies on select applications, and adjustable damper length to help optimize suspension travel and track performance. Öhlins also offers video resources to help customers better understand setup and adjustment of the system.
Initial Club Race Damper Set applications include BMW, Honda, Mazda, Porsche, Subaru, Toyota, and more, with additional fitments currently under development.
The Club Race DFV Damper Set will be available exclusively through select authorized Öhlins partners.
