(August 31, 2019) -- Kiesel Custom Guitars -- known for high-quality workmanship, industry leading craftsmanship and use of exotic woods -- has again committed to presenting gorgeous guitars to top-performing competitors at upcoming Solo championship events taking place in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Jeff Kiesel, co-owner of Kiesel Custom Guitars and a multi-time Tire Rack Solo Nationals Champion, said that in 2019 there will be two Aries series guitars awarded to the top PAXing drivers at Solo Nationals, one going to a Tuesday/Wednesday driver and the other destined for a Thursday/Friday competitor. Value of these guitars is $2,000 each!
Additionally, two Delos series guitars with mirror pick guards will also be awarded as trophies this year. A black Delos guitar with gold pick guard will be given to the year-end Super Challenge points champion, and a gold Delos model with pink pick guard will be given to the year-end Ladies Challenge points champion. And finally, a pearl blue California Single Cut model will be given to the year-end CAM Challenge Champion. These guitars are valued at upwards of $2,300.
The annual Tire Rack SCCA® Solo® Nationals Championship is where autocrossers from around the country meet, compete and crown champions in one of the largest motorsports gatherings on the planet. Drivers get three runs each on two different courses with the fastest times from each course combined for official results. The event takes four days to complete, with one group of drivers running on Tuesday/Wednesday, and the other group running Thursday/Friday. Along the way drivers, friends and crew enjoy a welcome party, tailgating late into the night, two awards banquets, and lots of fun with cars.
