Navigating Indy with Racers360

Exclusive for the Runoffs, Racers360 is offering a special coaching package for the week. Their team of professional coaches, which includes two-time IndyCar Champion Josef Newgarden, will reveal how to get around the circuit quick! The coaching, however, doesn’t end there. The package also includes two individualized, same-day online coaching sessions during the Runoffs week. Simply upload your onboard video and data to a Racers360 coach during the day, and that night you’ll receive a personalized deep-dive instruction session breaking down your film and offering pointers. All of this for just $299!

Schedule Update
The schedule has a new look!  In addition to a redesign, the Race Director approved changes to select combined qualifying groups.  The groups impacted include AS/T1, FA/FE2, FP/GTL and GT3/STU.  Due to the combined size of the groups and availability of 2 additional sessions per day, these groups now have at least one individual qualifying session over the 3 qualifying days.  Please check the schedule for these updates.

Program & Category Meetings

Program and category meetings will be held throughout each qualifying day.  Please check the schedule for times.  Meetings will be held in the North Chalet on Pagoda Plaza.  To help the committees prepare, please submit your topics and questions in advance using the online topic form

Gasoline Alley Garages Still Available

If you have not reserved a paddock space or would like to change your paddock space, there are still a few Gasoline Alley Garages available.  You can modify your paddock selection through the Runoffs Parking System or email us at runoffs@scca.com.

Grass Paddock Spaces

We currently have a surplus of unassigned spaces in the North and Main Grass paddocks.  To best utilize the available space, and in recognition of drivers being prepared to disconnect their RVs from the paddock area, drivers may put in a request to reserve one of these spaces to park their RV/Camper during the event.  We have established the following policy for a paddock camping space “lottery”:

  1. The “lottery” is available to entered drivers.
  2. To enter the “lottery,” drivers must log in to their MotorsportReg.com account, edit their Runoffs entry, select the “Paddock Camping Lottery” checkbox (located at the top of the registration form), provide the length of your RV and save the changes. Please make sure that you don’t accidentally un-check something, like a test day!
  3. Drivers must register for the “lottery” by Sept. 12.
  4. Any unreserved grass paddock space available on Monday, September 13 will be assigned via random selection of those in the “lottery.” Drivers will be notified via e-mail if they have secured a space. Drivers not securing a space will also be notified by e-mailed.
  5. Standard paddock space fees will apply and be added to your MSR entry.
  6. SCCA cannot guarantee the location of the paddock camping space, other than being in the North or Main Grass.

Test Day Waitlist
We have several of you on the waitlist for a test day.  As test day cancellations are received, we will work through the waitlist order and contact the next driver on the list.  You don’t need to worry about contacting us, we will contact you if a session becomes available, so please be patient.
