Cindy is the Executive Director of Women In Motorsports North America (WIMNA)  whose core mission is to create opportunities for women to amplify their voices and develop skills and connections that support their full participation in motorsports and automotive culture. Cindy consults with companies as their “Super Connector” leveraging her vast array of contacts to connect high-level decision-makers with a primary focus on the automotive/motorsports industry.

She has served as the Director of Marketing for Roush Racing, Partnership Director for the Petersen Automotive Museum and TechForce Foundation and has been instrumental in the startup of two Concours d’Elegances. As the founder of the Women With Drive Summit in support of the 501c3 Women in Motorsports North America founded by legendaryLyn St James and Beth Paretta is a community of professionals devoted to enabling opportunities for women across all disciplines of motorsports.

She is also the co-producer of Boundless: Betty Skelton,  Paula Murphy: Undaunted, and Shirley: Shirley Muldowney documentaries about women racers who have been “Left Behind” the Series airs on Fox for Women’s History Month.
