Open Registration for 2026 ProSolos and Solo Nat Tours is Upon Us

There are some things we shouldn’t ask the Dave Ramsey show about, and this is one of them – you’re going to want to set some calendar reminders for the next two months for some serious SCCA® National Solo® action. The events themselves are not in January, but driver registration is getting a workout, so get your clicking finger ready, because five different National Solo events open their registration in the next four weeks.

The Tire Rack SCCA ProSolo® Championship Series is the first to the lights, with three events opening registration between Jan. 21 and Feb. 11. That’s if you didn’t purchase a SuperPass – if you’re a SuperPass holder, you’re going to want to adjust your dates by a week in each event.

Like with your reaction time at the lights, you’re going to want to be quick. Beeville has a 240-driver entry cap, and those spots for the March 6-8 weekend will likely go fast when registration opens to all drivers on Jan. 21.

Moreover – if we’ve learned anything from the movies, it’s this: If you’ve got an opportunity to spend two weekends in Las Vegas, you should absolutely take advantage of that. There’s Hoover Dam, hikes in the desert, world-class ballet, and the occasional games of chance – but there are also back-to-back ProSolo events.

Vegas ProSolos take place March 20-22 and March 27-29, but you’re going to want to mark Feb. 4 and Feb. 11 on your calendar to reserve your spot, because that’s when registration opens. Remember, one lucky spin at the roulette table can pay for your entire season of competition! That’s sound financial advice Ramsey would surely approve of.

If the Tire Rack SCCA Solo National Tour and its traditional autocross format is more your style – or, more accurately for the month of March, you’d like to stay in the Southeast – you’ve got some options, too.

The "Road to Lincoln" official kicks off with the Red Hills event Red Hills Solo National Tour – the ever-popular location near the Florida/Georgia line is a great place to knock the salt off the car. The event is March 13-15, so mark Jan. 28 as the day to sign up for this weekend of #funwithcars.

Just two weeks later, both for the March 27-29 competition and the Feb. 11 registration date, is the Charlotte Solo National Tour. The zMax Dragway lots make for strong courses and good fun, and the competition level in the Southeast is always a good measuring stick for where you stand in the New Year.

Want shorthand notes? Try this:

  • Jan. 21: Registration opens for March 6-8 Beeville ProSolo
  • Jan. 28: Registration opens for March 13-15 Red Hills Solo National Tour
  • Feb. 4: Registration opens for March 20-22 Las Vegas ProSolo
  • Feb. 11: Registration opens for March 27-29 Las Vegas ProSolo
  • Feb. 11: Registration opens for March 27-29 Charlotte Solo National Tour

What are you waiting for (besides the dates to roll around)? Get prepped, set some reminders on your calendar, and get your season started as early as possible. It’s the easiest way to make a New Year’s resolution you know you can keep – enter more autocross events!
