Party ProSolo Style with Twins in Sin City

Ask anyone and they’ll tell you that the Tire Rack SCCA ProSolo Series is a guaranteed good time. But if one event is fun, twins must be better, right? This year, the ProSolo Series is upping its game with not one, but two ProSolos in Sin City, with those events featured in a back-to-back-weekend format that’ll maximize your time, money and, more importantly, pleasure.

The first ProSolo of the “twins” hits Las Vegas Motor Speedway (LVMS) on March 15-17, 2024. Five days later, the ProSolo Series returns to the scene of the crime on the March 22-24 weekend. The first round at LVMS will set the scene – the second time, it’s all-out war as drivers launch attacks on the prior weekend’s victors.

Admittedly, not everyone lives in Las Vegas, so the idea of driving to the desert paradise on back-to-back weekends might make you wince – but fear not, as LVMS will allow competitors to stash their trucks and trailers on site between events (storage availability, it should be noted, is on a first come, first served basis).

“Las Vegas Motor Speedway autocross events always make for a good time,” says Rick Myers, SCCA’s Director of Rally/Solo. “The track’s Metro Lot is across from Nellis Air Force Base’s runways, so everyone will undoubtedly hear and see the impressive military jets thunder by. But, more importantly, Las Vegas Region is incredibly capable and prepared, resulting in events that are always sure to please.”

What else is sure to please is spending time on the Strip. With five days between events, taking a week off from work to live life between the ProSolo “twins” is highly recommended. Five days is long enough to decompress from the daily grind, but (hopefully) not so long that you wind up in jail.

Registration for the Vegas “twins” is already open, so click the links below to join the fun.
