With SportsCar magazine, the official member magazine of the Sports Car Club of America®, halting publication with the January/February 2024 issue, the Club was left with a multitude of departments, features, and assorted whatnot that no longer had a home. Now that the final issue of the bimonthly magazine has reached the membership, the Club is shifting many of those features to SCCA.com. One such item that we – and many of you – wanted to keep going was the anniversary listing for its members.

Each month, we will publish the names of SCCA members who are celebrating 25 years or more with the Club. Alongside those names, we will also publish their Region of record, Division, and join (or rejoin) date. It’s important to note, however, that many of the “join dates” will be incorrect – it turns out that in the 1970s and earlier, the exact day someone joined was rarely kept on file. In those instances, the record credits them with a first-of-the-month join date.

Since printed magazine deadlines are always a couple of months ahead, the anniversary listings that appeared in SportsCar trailed the actual mailing date of the issue. This is something we can rectify with the move to online content. However, we wanted the final issue of SportsCar to print prior to making any online shift, which means we’ve got a little catching up to do when it comes to the anniversary listings.

Below, you will find the member anniversaries for January 2024, with the listing starting with 25-year members and working up to, in this case, 70. Each section lists members by Name, Region of Record, Division, Join/Rejoin Date, listed in alphabetical order based on last name.

In early March, we’ll celebrate the February 2024 anniversary members.
