DirtFish RallyCross Out on the Town in Iowa

Indianola, Iowa is the place to catch down-and-dirty racing Oct 12-14 when the 2018 DirtFish RallyCross National Championship takes over National Balloon Classic Memorial Balloon Field for three days of competition. The racing will surely keep you busy and entertained, but there’s plenty to do outside of the track. Whether it’s entertainment for the kids, a bit of history or the right place to find whatever kind of fuel you need, you can find it below.

Sat. 10/13, 8:30pm – Catch After Shock, an ‘80s tribute band throwing devil horns and performing favorites from AC/DC, Bon Jovi, Mӧtley Crϋe, Guns N’ Roses and more. In between sets you can try your luck at the tables or slots.

- Wells Fargo Arena – Fleetwood Mac

Sun. 10/14, 8:00pm – If you need the real deal after the racing action is over, catch Mick Fleetwood, Stevie Nicks and company in Des Moines.

- Water Works Park – Car Show

Sat. 10/13, 11am-3pm – Ride to a Cure, a free family event with car show, hay rack rides, food, and face painting. All proceeds go to support cancer research at the John Stoddard Cancer Center.
