The 2016 Tire Rack SCCA ProSolo season is just around the corner. That means it is almost time to start registering for those events. Just like in 2015 we will be offering a ProSolo Bundle for those folks that can commit to the Series early on. Since we are moving to SCCA.com for all events the bundle will be there as well. This year we ran out of time to create a fully functional bundle package so we have a temporary solution for this year. Below is the link for the bundle. It will be set to be live on Monday February 8, 2016 at 10 am central and close the following Monday (February 15) at 10 am central. If you click on the link prior to its publish date you will get a "page not found" error. This is ok as the page is not set to be live at that time.
The way the bundle page will work is you will click on one of the events you are interested in. It will take you to another page. There you click on add to cart. Once you have done that go back to the bundle page and click on another event. Do not check out until you have at least 3 events in your cart for the bundle. Just like in 2015 each event is limited to 150 entrants per event for the bundle. A big difference from last year is if you want to commit to more than 3 events you are allowed to. Purchase as many as you plan on going to. However, just like in 2015 this package is non-refundable. This package also does not allow transferring of events. Once you have purchased your events those are the ones you are in for on the bundle.
Another rule on this bundle is you must purchase a minimum of 3 events. If we see that you purchased less than 3 events we will cancel your order and charge you $20.
Once the bundle has closed we will be pulling a report of all folks who registered and which events they chose. We will then send an invitation to you to register for the event you chose a week before it opens to the public. At that time the event will be setup as a $0 event since you have already paid. However, if you cannot get registered in that week you will lose your spot to another member.
With the bundle purchase you will also receive 4 free practice starts at each event purchased. To receive your practice start tickets at each event you must show Sandi your receipt of purchase for that event in the bundle.
To recap here are the restrictions to the bundle:
- Add each event to your cart before you check out
- ProSolo Bundle is Non-Refundable
- Events chosen are Non-Transferable to a different event
- Must select at least 3 events. If less than 3 events is chosen then you will be removed from the events you chose, will have to wait for the event to open to the public to register and will be charged $20.
- You can purchase more than 3 events if you would like.
- The purchase of the bundle will get you 4 free practice start tickets at each event purchased in the bundle. To receive your free tickets you must show Sandi Brown your receipt of purchase at the event.
