For 2016, we will be rolling out the scca.com registration for all Tire Rack National Solo events. We wanted to remind folks of some of the existing policies and announce some of the new policies.
For starters, we are planning on opening all events on the Wednesday six (6) weeks prior to the event (list of dates below). They will be opening at 3:00 pm Central.
When going through the registration process, please make sure that you put in your co-driver's information. The numbers for you and your co-driver will be locked out for other folks. If you do have concerns with your numbers, please put in another number and then contact Brian Harmer to help resolve the concern. We ask that the two-digit number driver register first (this helps with the process). However, we understand if the three-digit driver needs to register first.
After you have filled in all the information on the first page of registration and click "Continue Registration", you will be taken to another page. This page is a review of your registration. There will be a grey button above to add another registration. When you do this, you are only able to register someone else that is tied to your membership (e.g., a family member). If you try to change the name and/or other information in the Registration details, it will change both entrants’ membership information.
Once you are done registering everyone, there will be a button on the review page that says “Checkout”. This is not your final button. Once you click on “Checkout”, it takes you to a page for your payment information. Once you input that info, click on "Submit Order" and then you will have completed your registration. A confirmation email will be sent and the next webpage will also confirm it.
We are also going with a new cancellation policy:
- All cancellations made prior to the Monday before the event will receive a partial refund ($20.00 will be held).
- Any cancellation made the Monday before the event or later will not be issued a refund.
- Partial credit can be applied towards a future National Solo event.
