2013 Tire Rack SCCA Solo Nationals Registration will open at Noon Central, on Friday June 21st. Once you have registered for Nationals you will gain access to PaddockNow which will allow you to select you paddock spot for the event.

2013 Nationals and PaddockNow is Back and IMPROVED!

If you're new to Nationals or online paddocking in general, this year will be much like last year in concept, but with some tweaks to make sure things are smoother than they were in year one. You'll need to register for Nationals like you normally would through MotorsportsReg.com. The PaddockNow system does a check every 15-30 minutes to check if you've been registered and confirmed in the event database. Once this happens, you'll be able to head over the paddocknow.solomatters.com and reserve your paddock space!  if you are not able to claim a space emidiately, please check back in 30 minutes time so that the system as a chance to update.

The biggest difference between last year's procedure and this year's is that you'll only be able to register for ONE space at a time this year. So, if you and your co-driver need to get a space, be sure to coordinate ahead of time roughly where you want to be. You'll need your MSR email address and your SCCA member ID number. For the sake of expediency, you might want to have one driver in a car register both spots to make sure one doesn't get snatch up while you're reserving an adjacent spot. If you are a regional coordinator that will be putting together a compound for a group of drivers, please email the Paddock Chief (randallprince@gmail.com) directly with the number of drivers you have and the rough location. This helps with a greater than 1-to-1 ratio of people to spots and is VERY much appreciated.

For those who are looking for more than 2 spots (if you have a very large trailer or an RV), you can email the Paddock Chief directly as well and we'll try to accommodate your rig (we often put large rigs towards the East side of paddock or towards the back to keep the majority of the lanes clear).

Also, as per last year, if you're a Chief, we're going to let you register for your spot ahead of time to make sure you have easy access to your paddock spot as closely to the courses as possible.

Most importantly, please be patient. For many requests for large vehicles, it'll take some time to get through the requests and them them all to fit, but we will get through them in the order they are received. We'll try to default to what we did last year, but will certainly be making an effort to do an even better job now that we have a year of this under our belts.
