The SCCA Road Rally Board (RRB) is now accepting proposals for improvements to the SCCA Road Rally Rulebook for the 2021 competition year. If you have a suggestion for an improvement to these rules, please describe it in an email to rrb@scca.com. Proposals must be received no later than June 30, 2020.

We also invite your suggestions for changes to the Trek rules and guidelines.  You can find these at: https://www.scca.com/pages/roadrally-rules

Starting in July, we will solicit comments on the proposals from the rally community and use this input in our decision on each proposal. Proposals that are approved by the RRB will be sent to the SCCA Board of Directors (BOD). The BOD will make the final determination regarding all rule changes for all SCCA programs at their December meeting. Proposals that are approved by the BOD will take effect on January 1, 2021.
