Man this is a very poor site for ordering tickets.  I never was able to get the reduced rate as a member so I paid the $40.  Will the tickets come in the mail ? 

I have not missed a runoff in 10 years and this is a bad way to sell tickets.

Very vague instructions on pick up / delivery and how do we register the new member we are purchasing to tickets for?

Will the tickets we buy be emailed to us? 

How do we submit the name and address of the new member?

Would be nice is somewhere you stated what the Hot pass gets me if I am going to spend the extra money.
