All class changes must be approved by the Chief Steward or their designee once check-in closes.

Friday: 6:15 pm – 7:30 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am – 8:20 am and 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Sunday: 7:00 am – 7:50 am

C. SCALES: Scales will be available to the competitors during the event free of charge under the supervision of Impound. You will be restricted from using the scales when they are being used by Impound. Consult with the Chief of Impound if in doubt.

D. SAFETY:

  1. A speed limit of 12 MPH will be enforced at the event site including pre-grid and grid. Tire spins, rapid speed or direction changes, or other "abnormal/unusual" driving techniques are strictly prohibited throughout the event site, other than during competition. See Event Chair for questions or problems.
  2. No tire warm-ups are allowed anywhere on the site, except in the designated start area (green cones).
  3. Drivers must always operate their vehicle(s) in a safe manner, including exiting the course. Driving in an "aggressive" manner deemed unsafe and observed by an Event Official will be handled with severity by the Chief Steward. Such actions are NOT protestable.
  4. Drivers are responsible for the actions of their crew and guests.
  5. Photographers desiring to enter a course area must be approved by the course Safety Steward and be accompanied by a spotter. A minor may not serve as a spotter.
  6. The operation of motorized vehicles, whether gas or electric powered, such as but not limited to, golf carts and other personal transportation vehicles, is limited to persons who can present a valid driver’s license.
  7. Pylons, tape, and/or other barriers will define "No Parking" areas near the course. Cars parked in such a manner that block or restrict defined driveways or entrances to course areas will be towed away without notice, at the expense of the vehicle operator/owner.
  8. Skateboards, hoverboards, Segways, scooters, bicycles, and similar conveyances may not be ridden in the Grid area.
  9. All incidents involving injury and/or property damage occurring on the event site or felt associated with the event will be reported as soon as possible to the Event Chairman and/or Chief Safety Steward.

E. ORDER OF RUNNING:

  1. Competition will be on two successive days with the event subdivided into three (3) sessions, plus the Challenge competitions.
  2. There will be an A grid and a B grid. Drivers are to position their cars in the grid as assigned. The car must be in the specified grid position no later than 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for Sessions 1 & 3 (Group 1) or prior to the Grid line being activated, which is defined as the drivers at the beginning of that Grid line being directed to the Stage Lines (Groups 2+). If a driver is not in their grid position by the deadline, they will be penalized with a DSQ of their second run on each side (PS-2) or the last run (PS-1) for that Heat.
  3. All drivers will be assigned a "home" space number for grid purposes where they may leave any necessary equipment. Do not block the access lanes between spaces. There will be a designated Second Driver Grid area.
  4. Heat assignments will be posted on the event page on the SCCA website – SCCA.com–. It is your responsibility to know when your car should be in grid.

F. PENALTIES FOR MISSING DECALS, INCORRECT NUMBERS OR BARCODES:

  1. It is the sole responsibility of the competitor to ensure vehicle identification is compliant with Solo Rule 3.7, that helmet has been teched and has a Solo 2025 Tech decal, that the barcode is compliant and that any non SCCA National issued bar codes are completely covered (including covering non-driver barcodes if a helmet is being shared).
    1. Penalties may be assessed if class letters/numbers are not compliant, if helmet tech decal is not affixed and/or if helmet barcode is not compliant.
    2. Unused class letters or car numbers should be completely covered or removed from the vehicle so that times or penalties are not issued to the incorrect driver by Timing and Scoring or by Course Workers.
  2. Competitors at the start line with non-compliant car numbers or class letters will be allowed to complete the heat they are running. An event official (Chief Steward or Event Lead) will inform them of the non-compliance and let them know the deadline for remediation. If remedial action is not taken by the deadline, a penalty may be assessed; penalties include the addition of cones or a DSQ (See B.4. above for decal information).
  3. Competitors at the start line with the wrong number on their car, 2 sets of numbers, or the incorrect/too many classes showing will receive a warning for the first offense, a cone penalty for the second offense, and may receive a DSQ for three or more offenses at the same event.
  4. Competitors at the scanner with more than one (1) or an incorrect barcode showing on the helmet will receive a warning for the first offense, a cone penalty for the second offense and may receive a DSQ for three or more offenses at the same event.
  5. A driver presenting to grid without the appropriate Event Tech decal or helmet tech decal (Solo 2025) will be directed to the Tech/Impound area to complete a new tech form and receive an event tech decal or get the helmet inspected and decal applied.

      G. MINIMUM CLASS SIZE: Refer to ProSolo Rules Rule 20.8.C

      1. If any Class does not have the minimum of five (5) drivers entered and checked in by the close of registration on the evening before class competition begins, they will be bumped into the Bump Index Class for Super Challenge eligibility or the Ladies Bump Index Class for Ladies Challenge eligibility.
      2. If five (5) entered and checked in drivers do not make a start in class competition, the class will be moved into the appropriate Bump Index Class at the earliest administratively feasible point in the competition, which may be after Session 1 runs.
