Site Restrictions/Information

Gate closes each night at 8pm.

No overnight camping allowed on site. All items can be left on site overnight but everyone should be offsite each night by 8pm. There will be no re-entry until the site opens the following morning.

Tents over 100sqft will need Tent and Zoning Permits required by the City of Cleveland Department of Building and Housing. Must call in advance: 216-664-2910

Please only park in the designated SCCA ProSolo paddock and parking areas as designated on-site (map coming soon).

WELCOME PARTY: The welcome party will be held at Boss Karting. There will be tickets available for the “grand prix” karts and a special trophy for the top driver combined from both events. Also included are axe throwing and discounted VR. Food offerings are pizza, wings, salad, 2 drink tickets (1 can be beer/wine).

Sportity

Please download the Sportity app for important event communications. You can utilize the QR code here or visit the Google Play Store or Apple AppStore for download. The event password is 24CLEPS.

If you find that you have difficulties accessing some of the documentation that is posted on Sportity, install the Adobe PDF reader on your phone in addition to the app. Sportity is not invoking the Chrome PDF viewer and this is an interim fix to access everything posted.
