Site Information/Restrictions

• No on-site camping available. Cars and trailers can be left in specified parking areas and can be left inside the gate Friday and Saturday nights, if preferred.
• Cars and trailers may not be left on site between events, this is an active airport site and their operations should not be impeded.
  • The Region is looking into an area for trailer storage between events, but it will not be gated for secured.
• Site opens 9am on Friday morning for competitors.
• There will be no food trucks on site, but there are several food options within minutes of the site.

Please download the Sportity app for important event communications. You can utilize the QR code here or visit the Google Play Store or Apple AppStore for download. The event password is 24MENT.

If you find that you have difficulties accessing some of the documentation that is posted on Sportity, install the Adobe PDF reader on your phone in addition to the app. Sportity is not invoking the Chrome PDF viewer and this is an interim fix to access everything posted.
