Site Restrictions

Gate closes each night at 8pm.

No overnight camping allowed on site.

Tents over 100sqft will need Tent and Zoning Permits required by the City of Cleveland Department of Building and Housing. Must call in advance: 216-664-2910

Please only park in the designated SCCA ProSolo paddock and parking areas as designated on-site

SATURDAY ONLY: The IX Center has another event going on inside the Center. As a result, they will have a $10 admission charge at the gate or prominent display of a parking pass. We will be providing complementary parking passes for each driver during tech/check-in on Friday. Please do not lose the parking pass - if you do not have one on Saturday you will have to pay to enter. If you are unable to pick up a pass on Friday during check-in, you will pick up your pass on Saturday morning at the guard gate before 7:45am. No passes will be distributed after 7:45am as there are no new registrations after that time. 

Passes are 2-parters. You will hand in one part when you enter the site for the first time on Saturday morning, leaving one part for a single re-entry on Saturday. Please plan accordingly - packing a lunch or visiting the food truck are the suggested preferred lunch method.

Sportity

Please download the Sportity app for important event communications.  You can utilize the QR code here or visit the Google Play Store or Apple AppStore for download. The event password is 23CLEPS.

If you find that you have difficulties accessing some of the documentation that is posted on Sportity, install the Adobe PDF reader on your phone in addition to the app. Sportity is not invoking the Chrome PDF viewer and this is an interim fix to access everything posted.
