The weather

Hopefully, the wind today helped everyone prepare for what is coming our way starting Friday. Current projections have rain starting in the morning and continuing throughout the day, totaling 1-1.5” throughout the day. Winds are predicted to gust up to 40mph, so please secure your awnings accordingly. The forecast seems to have shifted up a bit, and hopefully we’ll get a reprieve later in the weekend. But we need to be prepared for rain.

With the rain expected over the weekend, please use the paved roads as much as possible. No mud-bogging! Let’s keep this place in as good a shape as possible.

If you are driving to or from a corner station, please be cognizant of potential mud or wet clay so we don’t bring it on the track.

Most of all, thank you all in advance for your efforts in what will be some challenging conditions!
