  • Camping Information:

    Participant Camping - Participant RV space reservations, and tent camping pass requests, may be made during online event registration.   Grass tent camping (along the west tree line) will be free for event participants.  Please be sure you checked YES to tent camping in your registration form to receive a general camping pass at the SCCA Registration counter at the event.  Unmarked Spaces - 1st come, 1st served.  Alternative Tent Camping locations available in VIR General unreserved areas (pass required).  Additional Information on Participant Camping 

    Spectator Camping Areas – Passes may be purchased onsite at VIR. Reservations not available.

  • Coaching Information:

    Want to go fast at VIR?  Check out the coaching services offered by Kaizen Autosport.  Located in the Main Paddock at VIR, Kaizen Autosport is offering a 4-day All Access Coaching Package during SCCA test days or a single day option on each test day.

  • Commemorative Runoffs Apparel: 

    Purchase your event polos and jackets before the event and have them shipped directly to you.    SCCA Runoffs Gear Store
  • Dyno Services:

    The dyno will be located in the grass paddock near the bridge. Hours may vary.  3 pulls - $80 Cash/$85 Card

  • Golf Cart Information:

Participant - owned golf carts and pit vehicles will be covered under the event policy.  A Golf Cart/Pit Vehicle Credential Application must still be completed and turned into Registration to obtain your VIR Off-Road/Pit Vehicle permit.

Click here for National Carts order link  No additional insurance is required to rent a golf cart, but a National Cart Rental waiver must be signed when picking up the cart. Rented National Carts do not require an additional VIR Off-Road/Pit Vehicle permit.

  • Motor Home Services:

    Motorhome services such as dump and fill are available for a fee from Matthews Sanitation including water (non-potable) delivery and sewage pumping. Driver Information has information on these services. Call (434) 572-6098.

      

  • Rig Staging Details:

    • Rig Staging September 30 – October 4: Participants arriving before Registration opens or after Registration closes may temporarily park their rigs at the Danville-Pittsylvania County Fairgrounds located at 1861 Milton Highway. Rigs staged at the Fairgounds will be parked first, before any rigs that go directly to VIR.
    •  Rig Staging October 5 and after: Participants arriving before Registration opens or after Registration closes may temporarily park their rigs on the East side of Raceplex Rd. in the Technology Park.
  • Spectator Tickets: 

         Can be purchased through the track here.

  • Test Day:

    Test day schedule and supplemental regulations are available from the Runoffs event page menu.  If your test day group is sold-out, email runoffs@scca.com to be added to the wait-list.  Include your name, contact phone #, member #, class and test day date.
