Onsite Registration fee is $143
All registrations that need to cancel need to provide a note in writing to Brian Harmer (bharmer@scca.com). All cancellations made prior to online registration closing will receive a partial refund.

8 am – 3 pm General site set-up
1 pm – 4 pm Practice course open (pay per run)
2 pm – 7 pm Registration & Check-In*
12:30 - 7 pm Tech Inspection (all required & contingency decals available)
5 pm – 7 pm Course Open for walking
7 pm Chiefs Meeting
7 pm Welcome Party
7:30 pm Worker/Safety Meeting w/ their Chiefs
*No new entries after 7 pm

6:30 am Site Opens
6:45 am – 7:30 am** Late Check-in/Tech**
7:45 am Grid Draw
8 am Class Inspection
8:35 am Drivers Meeting
8:45 am Heat 1 to grid, Worker check-in
9 am First car off
1:15 pm approx. Lunch/Course reset
2:15 pm approx. Competition resumes

Directions to event site
Access to the property is through a gated entrance off New Georges Creek Road, the first left after the Park-and-Ride just South of I-68 (exit 34). This property does not have a street address so you'll have to use these GPS coordinates to look it up on Google Maps: 39.627000, -78.906000. The property is secluded but also very close to the amenities found in the town of Frostburg.
NOTE: If you try to use the GPS coordinates in your GPS they will take you down a dead end road. You need to make the left off of New Georges Creek Road and the GPS coordinates will take you around to a blocked entrance to the site.
Basically get off at exit 34 and turn away from frostburg then when the grass strip in the middle of the road ends get into the middle of the road because you will be turning left soon.
