The CSAC has been aware of the concerns around the availability of the x73 suspension kits in the US. We have talked with Suncoast parts who have assured us that they have a dozen kits in their possession, along with more kits on the way from Germany. Additionally, there is another run of kits in production currently. We recommend that if you are planning to build a car for CSC you should order your parts soon, expecting that it may take a few weeks to be delivered. This known availability of the x73 kit is why we have gone through and given this class a 12-month run up before becoming an official class. We do not expect parts supply to be a problem for the 2027 season, but will monitor and review options if we learn of excessive lead times.
