Don’t Miss These Upcoming RoadRally Events

Forget complicated car prep and weeks in the garage – sometimes the answer is just to gas up and go! In fact, SCCA RoadRally might be the most fun with the least amount of vehicle prep of any activity in a car. Still, that doesn’t mean it’s easy – after more than 75 years of hosting RoadRallies, these events can be a challenging puzzle.

A RoadRally mixes logic puzzles with scavenger hunts and combines that duo with a drive through some of the most beautiful scenery in the area. These aren’t speed contests – the point is accuracy.

Beyond a normal driver’s license, no specialty license or experience is needed for a RoadRally. Plus, it’s a fantastic way to introduce your friends, family, and co-workers to the SCCA – you can even invite that guy who thinks he’s hot stuff because he always beats you at table tennis. Regardless of who you bring as your driver or navigator, they’ll quickly discover what your hobby – and fun with cars – is all about.

It should be noted that all roads (pun intended) lead to the biggest RoadRally of them all, the United States Road Rally Challenge, to be held in 2023 on the weekend of Oct. 20. The South Jersey Region and Philadelphia Region combo event will include one event on Friday in Eastern Pennsylvania, so get some RoadRallies in early for the practice and experience. Further details regarding this year’s USRRC are in the works.

These aren’t all of the RoadRallies, either. Follow this link to find other SCCA fun near you.
