2020 Runoffs Media-Photo Credentials
Runoffs Media/Photo Credentials for Road America
Media and photography credentials for the 2020 SCCA National Championship Runoffs will be distributed by the Road America Communications Department. Credential requests should be submitted online at https://bit.ly/2E8Jprm. Requests must be made no later than Monday, September 21.
As a precautionary measure due to COVID-19, workspace available within the Road America VIP Media Center will be substantially reduced for the 2020 Runoffs. Access to the VIP Media Center will be limited to journalists/photographers working on assignment for recognized daily newspapers, news services, television and radio networks, racing publications, and other outlets that regularly cover motorsports.
Also, photographers should be aware that the infield media center/photo center will be unavailable during the Runoffs. Photographers are being informed of this in advance so they can make alternate workspace plans.
Photographers working on behalf of Runoffs competitors are considered “Commercial Photographers” and are not eligible for media credentials. Those seeking access to Road America for a commercial project or to enter into a licensing discussion in regards to Road America’s photographic imagery, film/video records, and registered trademarks and/or copyrights, should contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
More information about Road America media/photo credentials can be found at https://www.roadamerica.com/media-credentials. Concerns about the 2020 Runoffs credentialing process can be emailed to SCCA Public Relations Manager Jim Llewellyn at JimL@scca.com.
