2020 Road Racing Contingency Claim Form
Competitors now have the option to submit contingency claim forms online for Hoosier Super Tour and Conference Majors events. If you submit an online claim form please do not submit a duplicate paper form.
Step 1: Competitors must be officially registered each year to participate in the program prior to competing. No awards will be paid if you are not enrolled prior to competing.
Step 2: When in a payout position you will need 3 photos of your vehicle - left side, right side and front to show proper placement of decals and tire make (on most smart phones you can also take the photos while in the claim form, or you download a photo from your album). Photos of vehicles must be taken at the event selected on this form. Photos are date stamped by the mobile device and may not be altered. Photos for tire contingency claims must clearly show tire make.
Step 3: Submit one claim form for each race. Multiple sponsor programs may be selected on the claim form. Claim forms must be submitted within 30 days of the event selected on this form.
Step 4: You are done! If your claim submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation email that it was submitted to the SCCA National Office. Once verified you will receive your payout according to the specific sponsors payout process, keep an eye out on your inbox!
Finishing positions will be verified by the SCCA National Staff and awards will be made to legal finishers only. Payment is issued by SCCA within 30 days of claim receipt.
