 ior to competing for all Silver\, Gold and Platinum programs and in some
  cases with the sponsor as well\, please read each programs registration
  requirements carefully. Decals will be available at tech inspection at 
 the event.\nAll Bronze programs require registering and receiving decals
  directly from that sponsor\, please refer to the program descriptions f
 or more information.  \nRegistration Policies \nRegistration Policy (aft
 er online closes)\n\nOnline registration closes at 6:00 pm Central\, Tue
 sday prior to the event.  After online registration closes\, you can sti
 ll register for the event on-site from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm Friday (or day 
 prior to competition) at the SCCA timing trailer unless the event is sol
 d out.  Please note\, there will be a late entry fee imposed on all on-s
 ite registrations.  If the event is already full we will follow the wait
 list policy (see below).\n\nCar Number Policy\n\nThe number selection is
  first come first serve. The Motorsportsreg.com system does not allow dr
 ivers to reserve their co-drivers number. With that\, if there is a conf
 lict where someone signs up for a number and someone else who isn’t the 
 co-driver signs up for the corresponding number\, the person that signed
  up first for either the two or three-digit number is the owner of that 
 combination. If you notice a discrepancy in numbers\, please contact Bri
 an Harmer (bharmer@scca.com).  Motorsportreg.com provides the date/time 
 of registrations to determine who registered first and is the rightful o
 wner of the number combination.\n\nCancellation Policy\nAll cancellation

 the day of on-site check-in.\n\nWaitlist Policy\n\nThe Tire Rack SCCA Na
 tional Solo events (ProSolo\, Champ Tour\, Match Tour) are adopting a re
 vised waitlist policy for 2019:\n\nThe initial entry cap will be set 10%
  lower than the final cap (example: A final cap of 250 will be set at 22
 5 initially).\nWhen an event hits the initial entry cap\, the remaining 
 competitors will be put on a waitlist.\nJust like the 2018 Tire Rack Sol
 o Nationals\, the waitlist will be published to show the order in which 
 each member is on the list\, based on the order of entry receipt and the
  timestamp listed on the MSR registration. This is the order in which en
 tries will move off the waitlist and into the event when a cancellation 
 is processed. This list does not automatically update in real time but i
 s rather a report from the registration system that will be run periodic
 ally so that those on the waitlist can understand their current position
 .  Given that the list is not updating in real time\, there may be names
  at the top of the waitlist that have already moved into the event and t
 here may be names that have registered onto the waitlist that do not yet
  appear.\nTwo weeks prior to the event\, entrants on the waitlist whose 
 region of record is the host region at the time of registration\, will b
 e moved into the event based on when they registered. If the entrants fr
 om the region of record do not fill the event to the final cap\, then en
 trants from outside the region of record will be moved into the event in
  the order they registered.  \nFor entrants on the waitlist\, there is n
 o guarantee the entrant will get into the event.\nAs entrants on the ent
 ry list cancel\, the next person in line on the waitlist will be notifie
 d via email that there has been a cancellation and they have now been mo
 ved into the event. When that entrant is moved over\, they will be requi
 red to log into MSR and pay for the event (MSR does not charge waitliste
 d competitors). The entrant will have 24 hours to pay for the event befo
 re that entrant is placed back on the waitlist and the next entrant is p
 ut into the event.\nWe will continue to move entrants off the waitlist a
 s we receive cancellations up until the time online registration closes.
 \nAfter online registration closes\, we will not update the waitlist onl
 ine. However\, if there is a cancellation after online registration clos
 es\, entrants on the waitlist will be contacted in waitlist order to let
  them know a spot in the event has opened.  They will be instructed to c
 ontact the on-site event Administrator to claim their spot and remit pay
 ment.  The waitlist will also be printed and posted in the timing traile
 r on Friday morning. As cancellations come in during the registration/ch
 eck-in day\, we will try to contact the top person on the waitlist to se
 e if they are available and still want to get into the event that day.\n
 At 7:00 pm of the registration/check-in day the waitlist will be closed\
 , and no new entries will be allowed into the event.\n\n\nOnsite Event R
 egistration and Car/Class Changes\nFor any event that is not sold out\, 
 on-site registration is allowed from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Friday (or the
  day prior to competition).  All on-site registrations will be charged t
 he event late fee (see event registration page for pricing). Car and cla
 ss changes are allowed at check-in on Friday (or the day prior to compet
 ition) from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm.  Any car or class changes on the days of 
 competition require the approval of the Chief Steward for the event.\n
