Toledo Pro Solo news Bulletin
Due to the popularity of the Tire Rack® Toledo Pro Solo, the event entry limit was reached in a matter of hours creating a waitlist of 80+. We would like to make this event available to as many members as possible; therefore the following plan has been developed.
The entire current wait list will be cleared and entered into the event within the next 48 hours. Those of you on wait list please go into MSR and make payment arrangements.
Thursday July 26
4-6 pm Site open for early arrival. Competitors will be allowed on site to drop off cars and rigs only (no course walks)
4:30-5:30 pm Early arrival Registration check-in & tech
6:00 pm Gate closes
Friday July 27
7 am Gate opens
8-11am Registration Check-in and Tech
12 pm Begin Heat 1
6-7pm Late Registration check in
8 pm Gate closes
Saturday July 28
6:30am Gate opens
7-7: 30 am really late Registration check in
8 am Before Heat 2 begins, two scored hardship runs will be offered to those unable to participate during heat 1 on Friday
9am (approx) Begin Heat 2
5pm (approx) Begin Heat 3
7pm Balance of Heat 3 will resume Sunday morning
Potential Challenge qualifiers that have completed heat 3 will be impounded overnight on site, those who qualify will need to arrange for transportation back to their hotel.
Sunday July 29
8:00am remainder of heat 3 competition
1:30pm (approx) Challenge Competitions
Please note that the above format schedule does not allow for practice starts. Additionally, to accommodate this larger number of entrants the number of work shifts will increase from 4 to 5 and the run groups from 8 to 10
We realize that this revised format, or personal circumstances, will result in some entrants withdrawing from the event over the next 6 weeks. In order to fill these open slots, up to our absolute entry cap of 350, we are leaving registration open to create a wait list of interested members.
