Event Services & Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

• Camping/Cabin Rental Information:

  If you are camping in a tent or RV, outside of your paddock space, you will need to sign up for a dry, primitive camping spot in the event registration form or reserve an RV space or rent a cabin through Road America at www.roadamerica.com/runoffs or call (800) 365-7223.
  
  Participant primitive, dry camping will be located in the Carousel between Turns 9-10.  Showers, restrooms and a concession stand are available in that area.

• Golf Cart Information: Form coming soon.

  Participant - owned golf carts and pit vehicles will be covered under the event policy.  A Golf Cart/Pit Vehicle Credential Application must still be completed and turned into Registration to obtain your Road America Pit Vehicle permit. 
  Rented Golf Carts  
  Golf carts may be reserved online through Road America at www.roadamerica.com/runoffs or by calling Road America to reserve (800) 365-7223.
  No additional insurance is required nor is a Road America Pit Vehicle permit needed to rent a golf cart from Road America.

• Motor Home Services:

  RV services, including fresh water and pumping, will be available for a fee through Pit Stop Event Services. Call (920) 979-7785 to schedule services. Provide your name, cell phone number, site number, make, model and color of the camper and your location.

• Tire Service:
  

  Hoosier Tire Midwest: Please submit your tire pre-order before September 1st.  To order, complete the online form (https://www.racetires.com/reservations.cfm) or call (800) 365-1955.
