Now in its 10th year, the nationwide phenomenon of SCCA® Track Night in America® Driven by Tire Rack is going strong, continuing to get you and your friends on track at an affordable price while leaving you time to live your life.
Track Night’s 2024 schedule is now complete – well, complete enough for us to dangle incredible track-going goodness in front of you that’ll make you salivate. You could scroll to the bottom of this announcement to get to the meat of the matter, but there are some things you need to know first – like, for instance, a series of weekend Track Events that you should also consider entering.
Better Than Ever
While the Track Night in America program has gained a lot of experience through the years, rest assured, we haven’t grown up. Track Night’s still bucking the system with low, low pricing (that’s even lower for SCCA members) and event coaches ready with a smile and words of encouragement. And the lap-time clock? Track Night never bought one – this program is for fun, not stressing over tenths of a second.
Fun first has been a program tentpole from day one, as evidenced by reviews from eventgoers. In fact, in the first year of the program, Road & Track called Track Night in America “a radical rethinking of the traditional track day.”
Bring a car, a helmet, and a great attitude, and you’re ready for a few hours on the track during a weekday afternoon or evening. Need a helmet? Track Night has its own Safety Store with plenty of budget-minded (but still high quality) noggin protectors.
Want to hit the track on a weekend? Every stop on this year’s Tire Rack SCCA Time Trials National Tour Powered by Hagerty will feature a Track Event that mirrors Track Night events, but take place over the course of a weekend and will generally feature four on-track sessions rather than Track Night’s three. You’ll find that schedule below, too.
